Who we are and what we do...

We are a Therapeutic Arts organization based in London.

We offer individual and group Art Therapy sessions.

We also run art classes and workshops in local communities, schools, private, public & corporate sectors, social events and we also host paint parties.

We provide Arts Award accreditation for volunteers and young people who attend our specified Arts Award Programs, with qualified Arts Award Advisors onboard to support with qualifications.

We work with vulnerable children and adults, SEN, SENCO and LDD, as well as individuals who want to access an alternative form of therapy. Our services are inclusive  and every effort is made to ensure activities are accessible to all.

Referrals are accepted via self-referrals, GPs, teachers, social workers and other professional practitioners.

Please get in touch with us today, to see how we can work together to start your Therapeutic Art journey!

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy

aims to help people overcome emotional and mental  difficulties by expressing themselves through the  therapeutic process of making art.

Qualified Art Therapists work with a wide range of  individuals who are experiencing a variety of issues including depression, phobias, anxiety and behavioral disorders, both in the private and public sectors.

Therapeutic art sessions encourage people to channel their thoughts, feelings and emotions into painting, drawing, sculpture and other forms of creative expression (including theater and dance) with the support of an Art Therapist in a safe, contained space, to help them to understand and address their inner conflicts.
